  • relocation: move downtown from Cincinnati Bell’s Norwood office and expand its space in the Atrium Two building to 22,000 sq ft
  • new hires: reduce private offices but expand amount of workstations for 600 new employees
  • cost-savings: create combination workstations using Repeat Performance and new Steelcase products
